Research Synopsis

Dr. Malik is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, at the University of Toronto. He completed his fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, specializing in advanced multi-site brachytherapy and interventional oncology techniques, advanced brachyablation, head and neck malignancies, and gynecological malignancies. Dr. Malik's interests include expanding personalized adaptive & interventional oncology techniques, ocular and head and neck malignancies, and gynecological malignancies. His research interests also include advocating for global access to radiotherapy and building life-saving brachytherapy capacity in partnership with centers around the world.
