RTi3 Catalyst for Change Award

Call for Nomination - RTi3 Catalyst for Change Award

The RTi3 Catalyst for Change Award (formerly known as the Leader of Tomorrow Award) celebrates a radiation therapist whose leadership and innovation have ignited meaningful progress within the profession and created an impact at local, provincial and/or national levels. This honour recognizes individuals who have led advancements in person-centred care through enhanced models of care, technical advancements, or local initiatives. Recipients embody the spirit of the RTi3 community by leading meaningful change in their workplace, fostering growth among colleagues, and inspiring innovation that strengthens both their local setting and the broader radiation therapy profession.

Based on a call for nominations, a winner will be chosen and recognized each year at RTi3. The winner from any given year will be acknowledged at the RTi3 award’s ceremony, invited to participate in the Social Event and offered free registration for RTi3.
