What to Expect

Join us for a dynamic one-hour virtual webinar celebrating 20 Years of RTi3: Success Stories from Top-Ranked Abstracts – Journey and Impact Over the Years.

This session will bring together previous RTi3 top-ranked abstract awardees who will share their unique insights and experiences in transforming their research/projects into impactful advancements in our radiation therapy community. Through engaging presentations and discussions, participants will:

  • Explore Success Stories: Gain an understanding of how top-ranked RTi3 abstracts have evolved into meaningful contributions to research, clinical practice, and patient outcomes.
  • Learn from Experts: Hear directly from previous RTi3 presenters about the challenges, milestones, and lessons learned as they developed their projects post-conference presentations.
  • Discover the Impact of RTi3: Reflect on the program’s legacy over the last two decades in shaping innovative research and professional growth within the field of radiation therapy.
  • Engage and Connect: Participate in a live Q&A webinar session to connect with speakers and deepen your understanding of the journey from research idea to impactful application.

RTi3 2025 is now accepting Research Studies, Practice Innovation / Initiatives, and Undergraduate Student* abstracts.

Registration Policies

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Attendee

Cancellation requests can be sent to the RTi3 Conference by email (rti3@utoronto.ca). The following policies apply: 

  • Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before January 22, 2025. 
  • Registration refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the request date to the original method of payment. Please note, the Eventbrite processing fee is non-refundable. 
  • ​No refunds will be given for registrations for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the webinar.
  • RTi3 accepts no responsibility and offers no reimbursement for any other expenses participants may incur.

1.2 Cancellation by RTi3 Conference

Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled, including the Eventbrite registration processing fee. RTi3 accepts no responsibility and offers no reimbursement for any other expenses participants may incur.

2. Transferring Registration Policy

Registration transfers must be requested by email to RTi3 Conference at rti3@utoronto.ca. The following policies apply: 

  • Paid registration is transferrable to another attendee at RTi3 2025 Webinar up to January 29, 2025. A $5 CAD transfer processing fee will be applied.
  • Starting January 29, 2025, all transfer requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
  • Complimentary registrations given by RTi3 are intended for the original recipient and cannot be transferred.

Event Photo and Video Release

By attending the RTi3 2025 Webinar, you grant RTi3 permission to use your name and likeness and your statements about the webinar in photographs/screenshots, videos, advertising, social media, or any other type of promotional material, unless you revoke this permission in writing to the RTi3.
