Lisa Di Prospero appointed vice-chair to the Research Ethics Board

Faculty member Lisa Di Prospero was appointed vice-chair to the Research Ethics Board (REB) in February. Lisa has been working at the REB since 2015 as the director of practice-based research and innovation at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and more recently as the director of the education research unit.

Along with her faculty position at UTDRO, Lisa is an associate member at the Institute of Medical Sciences, School of Graduate Studies at the University of Toronto.

Lisa previously worked as the professional leader and manager of education and research for radiation therapy at the Odette Cancer Centre. Before joining Sunnybrook, she was a professor in the undergraduate Medical Radiation Sciences Program at the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences/University of Toronto. Lisa is also the editor-in-chief of the Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences (JMIRS) journal.
