PANTHER – A multi-disciplinary grant for Princess Margaret Cancer Centre

Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, by partnering with Vancouver Prostate Centre, has been awarded the inaugural Prostate Cancer Movember Team Grant titled “PANTHER: The Prostate Cancer Canada Program Project in Targeting Aggressive and Lethal Cancers” for 5 million dollars over 5 years starting July 1, 2013.

This is the only Movember Team Grant awarded this year. It encourages collaboration between researchers and institutions. After an extensive peer-review process, only one grant was awarded to UBC, PMCC-UToronto, Memorial University and Dalhousie University.
