As of January 1, 2014, Dr. Meredith Giuliani has been appointed the role of Director, Undergraduate Medical Education at UT DRO. Dr. Giuliani received her medical education from the University of London in 2007 before beginning her residency training with the University of Toronto where she was the Chief Resident in 2010. She has also completed her Masters of Education in curriculum design and assessment from the University of Toronto in 2010 and a Clinical Program Directors course from the University of Chicago in 2013. In addition to her education, Dr. Giuliani also brings experience to this role through her work with the UT DRO undergraduate and postgraduate education programs, including as a member of the Residency Program Committee. She is also currently Chair of the Education Committee for CARO.

Dr. May Tsao, who was previously the Director, Undergraduate Medical Education, stepped down from this position at the end of last year. We are very grateful to Dr. Tsao for her many contributions to UT DRO. Under her leadership we have seen continued growth in the quality and breadth of our undergraduate medical education offerings.
