FLiRO 2024
The Foundations of Leadership in Radiation Oncology course (FLiRO) is a joint ESTRO-CARO-RANZCR course. It is directed at professionals interested in developing expertise in leading teams for quality improvement, advocacy and in all situations where they might positively influence the future of our discipline within both local and international settings. The course links to a specific radiation oncology competency knowledge and skill-set developed through Delphi consensus process.
This blended course consists of an online/live 7-8 week learning programme including homework, online webinar and live sessions. The course will start with introduction on March 4, 2024, and consist of an introductory 60-minute tutorial with the participants and teachers followed by online exercises and compulsory electronic learning modules to be completed prior to the start of the interactive live sessions. The live sessions will take place on May 3-5, 2024.
