Research Synopsis

Interprofessional practice (IPP) is expected of health care organizations and health care practitioners. It has been suggested that Interprofessional education (IPE) as a precursor supports the success of undergraduates working in the future IPP teams. At this point in time research needs to be done to look at the accomplishment of the IPE curriculum in achieving its goal at graduation and beyond. My research will use a phenomenological approach to understand the IPE experiences of undergraduate health practitioners during their final clinical practicum before graduation.
